This Privacy Policy applies to the services provided by the commercial company "SPORTS CAMPS GROUP" Ltd. registered on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria with UIC 205540504 and the use of the https://sports-camps.net website, as well as all websites, domains, applications and products owned by the Company. As a personal data operator, our main goal is to ensure the protection of the information you voluntarily provide through practices that exceed the minimum regulatory requirements.

These rules shall be adopted on the basis and subject to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. The main purpose of the company is to adopt "appropriate and effective" rules regarding the protection of personal data, taking into account the integrity of the individual and the necessary efforts are made to protect a fundamental right of the person, such as the right to the protection of personal data by cm. article 8, §1 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. The Company applies and organizes its activity for the protection of the personal data of a natural person /data subject/ in application of the principles of "lawfulness, transparency and good faith" in the processing and storage of personal data.

The services offered by the company are intended only for adults aged 18 and over.

By registering on our site and creating your own account, you agree to this Policy and expressly acknowledge that you accept it.

By agreeing to our Policy, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data and information.

By completing an order through the form of our site, you expressly agree that the company as administrator will process the personal data provided by you in accordance with the personal data protection regulations.

II. The information and personal data we collect:

Personal information/Personal data collected and processed using the equipment rental service – the identification of the natural persons users of the service (names, ID number, date of validity of the identity document, country from which it was issued, date of birth, full and accurate address, contact phone number, e-mail), the scanned copy or photo of the ID and partial credit/debit card details with which a deposit was made to use the service. Processing is necessary for the performance of obligations under a contract to which the natural person to which the data relate is a party, as well as for actions prior to the conclusion of a contract.

Personal information/Personal Data provided by you when using our website and subscribing to services – names, date of birth, e-mail. Examples of these services are e-mail campaigns or events. The provision of this data is voluntary, but some of our services are not available unless you provide this information.

Aggregated data. This data is generated by our system while monitoring the traffic on the website. This information does not identify you and is not in any way related to the personal information you may have provided.

If you do not wish us to process your personal information in the ways described in this document, you are entitled not to provide it to us. 

The provision of personal information is completely voluntary and in order to fully function our site and provide us with a quality service to the client.

Your refusal to provide personal information means a waiver of our services provided by our site and a refusal to use the services of SPORTS CAMPS GROUP Ltd. with UIC 205540504.

On the site was created a newsletter containing a list of subscribers voluntarily and informedly provided their e-mail in order to receive special offers and exclusive offers from the company. The newsletter generated by the company does not use intermediaries or external service providers to generate newsletters. The e-mail address is stored for up to 6 (six) months after termination of the subscription by the subscriber or by the company.

III. Sharing information with third parties:

• To rent an equipment – in the company's office, by phone or online at an e-mail address https://sports-camps.net
• In order to provide you with the service "equipment rental", upon conclusion of a rental contract.
• To process the transactions that you can make in connection with renting the equipment.
• In cases where we are obliged to provide information to state institutions.
• To offer you the information that best meets you and your interests.
• For marketing campaigns, promotions and market research.

V. Cookies:

It is possible that the website, online services, interactive applications, electronic communications and advertisements of SPORTS CAMPS GROUP Ltd. with UIC 205540504 may use cookies and other technologies such as pixel tags.

VII. Right of access to information:

Each client has the right at any time during the processing to request information about the collected and processed personal data, as well as to request the blocking or destruction (deletion) of personal data collected for him/her. The deletion of personal data can be done by making an explicit statement made to the contact e-mail.

If the deletion conflicts with legal or contractual storage obligations or other statutory reasons, instead of erasure, only data blocking will take place, sending a reasoned refusal to the customer.
